Folks have been asking me to paint manatees for a LONG TIME. Asked my facebook peeps for help naming, but used my PARENTS because they have such old fashioned, wonderful names. They were always together and loved each other very much, and I miss them. So, this painting will help me REMEMBER the times they had together, like when my dad crawled into that tiny single hospital bed every night when mom was in hospice.
